Longevity Mapping

Learn how scientific data shows the way your body works as a system, and how that becomes a personalized prevention plan. Fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep and slow recovery are rarely separate problems. Join Dr. Francisco Cidral and Dr. Gianluca Bianco for an evening on mapping longevity with real data. You'll see how measuring the whole system leads to a plan built around you.

With Dr. Francisco Cidral and Dr. Gianluca BiancoAn evening of real data at Oxylon Wellness

Why this event

Symptoms are only part of the story.

Most health advice looks at one symptom or one number at a time. Your body doesn't work that way. Your nervous system, brain, metabolism and recovery all affect each other. In this evening session, our speakers explain what changes when you measure how these systems work together, and why that matters for prevention.

Measure the whole system, not one symptom at a time.

What you'll learn

From scattered symptoms to one clear picture.

Six ideas you will take home from the evening, explained in plain language.

Longevity Mapping measuring autonomic balance, reactivity and recovery
  1. 01

Why your symptoms may be connected.

How fatigue, brain fog, poor sleep, slow recovery and pain can be signals from the same system.

  2. 02

    What Longevity Mapping is.

How measuring your body under load, not just at rest, shows how you regulate, react and recover.

  3. 03

    The markers that matter.

A plain language look at heart rate variability (HRV), stress index, and the balance between your "fight or flight" and "rest and digest" responses.

  4. 04

    How data becomes a plan.

How brain function, nervous system regulation and body composition come together into one picture of your health.

  5. 05

    Why prevention is a cycle.

Assess, intervene, refine, reassess: why a good plan changes as your body responds.

  6. 06

    Your next step.

Practical takeaways you can use right away.

The method behind the evening

The Scientific Longevity Method™

Longevity Mapping is the first step of the Scientific Longevity Method, a framework powered by Biotekna technology. It looks at how your body responds, adapts and recovers, then turns those readings into a plan you can track over time.

The goal is not to collect more isolated numbers. It is to understand how your systems work together and to measure real change as you go.

Brain, autonomic nervous system and body composition mapped together
  1. Measure

Record how your nervous system reacts and recovers, in real time.

  2. Understand

See how your brain, nervous system and body composition connect.

  3. Personalize

Turn your readings into a prevention plan built around you.

  4. Act

Make changes based on objective data, not guesswork.

  5. Reassess

Measure again to see what changed and refine the plan.

Then the cycle starts again, because your plan should change as your body does.

Predictive Longevity

See where you are today, and where your health is heading.

Longevity Mapping shows how your body is working right now. Predictive Longevity takes the next step.

Dr. Bianco will explain the Predictive Health Index, a way to bring your readings together into one clear picture, so you can spot early patterns, act sooner and track your progress over time.
