A Supporting Hand
Glasshouse Events coordinates all logistics for rentals and lunchtime catering, including estimates and budget review. Equipped with diagrams, timelines, and a vendor directory. Oxylon staff and/or the client manage deliveries, setup, and cleanup.

Full Day Event Support
Everything in Tier 1, plus onsite day-before, day-of, and day-after service. Our team assists with light bussing, maintaining a tidy space, refreshing the meeting room at lunch, and facilitating morning snacks, beverages, and full lunch service.
